CANCELLATION POLICY & NO-SHOW POLICY

At Pink Petal Health, we value your time and strive to provide exceptional care to every client. To ensure smooth scheduling and availability for all patients, we have the following cancellation policy in place:

 
Cancellation Notice
  • We require at least 24 hours’ notice for all cancellations or rescheduling of appointments.

  • You may cancel or reschedule by phone, text, or through our online booking system.

Late Cancellations & No-Shows
  • Late cancellations (within 24 hours of your appointment) may result in a $35 late cancellation fee or loss of your deposit.

  • No-shows (missing your appointment without notice) will also be subject to a $35 no-show fee and may limit your ability to book future appointments.

Deposits
  • Select services (e.g., IV therapy, weight loss consultations, body sculpting) require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking.

  • Deposits may be forfeited if you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or do not show up for your appointment.

Late Arrivals
  • If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment to avoid disrupting other scheduled visits. In some cases, a shortened service may be offered at the full rate.

We Understand Life Happens

If you experience an emergency or unexpected issue, please reach out. We are happy to work with you when possible. Repeated no-shows or late cancellations, however, may result in restricted booking access.
