Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or in person. A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to hold your appointment. For IV therapy, body contouring, or extended visits, a deposit may be required. Patients are encouraged to arrive 10 minutes early for check-in. Late arrivals may result in reduced visit time or rescheduling. Cancellation & No-Show Policy We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or reschedules. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will result in a $25 late cancellation fee. No-shows (missed appointments without notice) will be charged 50% of the visit cost. Repeated no-shows may result in limited booking privileges. Waitlist Policy If your preferred time is unavailable, you may request to be added to our waitlist. We’ll notify you via text or phone if an earlier spot becomes available. Waitlist patients must respond within 1 hour to confirm or the slot will be offered to the next person. Reminders & Communication Appointment reminders are sent via text and email 24–48 hours in advance. Please ensure your contact information is up to date.
