FounderPink Petal Health and Wellness, LLC was founded by Dr. Renee Waugh who is a board-certified doctorally prepared Family Nurse Practitioner with her Advanced Practice/Master’s of Science in Nursing degree from Nova Southeastern University and Doctoral degree from Chamberlain University. She has vast experience and knowledge that she obtained by working at a Trauma I and II hospital specializing in Cardiac care and Joint replacements, medical-surgical unit, and family practice/primary care.
With over 12 years of experience, Dr. Waugh has also excelled in Primary Care, outpatient community care to patients with mental and physical disabilities, and high volumes of inpatient diabetic and hypertensive care. Health promotion, disease prevention, and quality care are key factors in her philosophy as a healthcare provider.

Physician
Dr. Allonce graduated from the state university, faculty of medicine of Haiti in 1992. Dr. Allonce has worked for the last 20 years as a hospitalist, urgent care/emergency room physician, primary care doctor. He lived and worked in New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania and Puerto Rico.
